I've finally done another Hero A Day, after fixing all of the links for the drawings in the old posts.

the_crowchan asked for Black Canary, or maybe Plastic Man, so I gave her both.

Man, I really need to get all the crap off of my scanner at home. I'm tired of the paper turning up gray because of crappy public terminals.

Anyway, the quest to catch up continues, and I'm actually picking up speed. I've even got a proper list written down on a proper piece of paper so I don't have to keep going back to consult comments from old entries.

Man, I got two SIR REGINALD drawings in the last couple of days.

The first is a pencil drawing that arrived in the mail. It's by that sexiest of beasts,

his_hamstress, and the blurred part is there because blah blah blah.

The second is by the ever-lovely and ever-talented

the_crowchan and was inspired by the recent mention of Sharon...

Just realized that this drawing kinda reminds me of

I made an off-handed comment to

And then I made it seem like I didn't know she'd actually do it.

Today, I get a rough sketch:

In addition to finishing a new Sir Reginald story late last night, I'm about done writing the Reg story that

the_crowchan will be drawing.

Her art looks like this sometimes.

I'm so wired about this getting-bigger-all-the-time Sir Reginald art project.
Oh, and I've made a decision about something several people have asked me about:

No, I don't think I'll ever draw Sir Reginald. I think I want his appearance to live forever in the multiple interpretations of others.

Let me know if you want to lay claim to a previously written story or if you want an original one. If you want the latter, let me know what format you want it written in, i.e. five pages, one released each day; comic strip format; one big silly splash page; et cetera.

Someday maybe we'll get to anthologize these, in the manner of Project: Superior and the like.
