I was just excused from jury duty for reasons relayed in my last entry.
The judge wanted to make certain that everybody could stay awake during the proceedings, since there is no transcription available to the jurors.
I had to raise my hand and explain my situation and was excused.
I've wanted to be on a jury my whole life, and now I can't unless I'm called again some day.
