Yeah, we'll be watching it on September 11th. There's no planned significance, it was just the best day for us to see it with our friend Rob.
And this is all you're going to hear from me about 9/11, because...well, because I honest-to-shit don't have anything to say about it. Not a biscuit. I mean, what the shit am I supposed to say? How's this: how long until I get tired of hearing/seeing NEVAR FORGET! tomorrow and seeing t-shirts about it and fucking news coverage with tiny transparent flag animations in the corner all day, and sad polticians, and fuck all that.
Yes, it was horrific, but it's not the only horrific thing that's happened in the world in the last six years. We just don't see the others, because they don't involve us.
The sooner we just let it be a day again, the sooner we can get motherfucking poltiicians and jackass conservatives to stop invoking it like it's a goddamned magic spell that's supposed to shut our mouths and force compliance
And if you say Al Qaeda or Iraq to me tomorrow, I'll probably slap you.
