As far as my brain is concerned, they are the same word. This can lead to confusion.
As a result, I drew this card for our friend Jennifer Keene:
B) Effective Weight Loss Method For Me:
Take off nearly all clothes, take photo, remove Naughty Bits so they won't be seen if anybody ever finds the photos (in spite of them being in a locked file), mark with date and weight.
Occasionally view with disgust, particularly before you think of eating something stupid, like a fat clown.
