benchiladaThis is really fucking with me.
I've been feeling kinda weird, kinda tingly all day. It's the exact feeling I get when I go through withdrawal from one of my medications. I've also been sleeping poorly for the last few days and now I finally have a night where I'm able to lay down for 7 hours of sleep...
...and every time I drift off I get severe sleep paralysis, freak out a bit, moan to try to talk, try fruitlessly to move my arms then finally jerk out of it.
It's been going on for an hour now.
I'm fucking exhausted and I can't sleep, literally cannot sleep.
Time to clean the living room, catch up on stuff and watch a movie.
This is really fucking ridiculous.
