They're perfectly safe, of course.
I mean, Scotland LOVES theirs!
Bush also reminds us that nobody LIVES in the Arctic National Wildlife Reserve--nobody important, at least--so let's get drilling there, too!

Anybody else feel sick even THINKING about drilling there?
Don't think that anwr.org is the real ANWR site, though.
So here's the deal...
IT IS EASY TO CONTACT YOUR CONGRESSPERSONS.
IT IS ALSO EASY TO FIND THEIR VOTING RECORD ON ANWR.
If you find that they support Bush's oil rigs and ANWR drilling, let them know how you feel, in polite and informed words.
If you find that they DON'T support his plans, LET THEM KNOW THAT YOU APPRECIATE WHAT THEY'RE DOING.
Like anybody else, they like to hear that we think they're doing a good job, and like everybody else, they don't hear it enough.
If a forgetful, brain-damaged fuck like me can find time to do these things, then I figure that you can too.
Remember, this is only one of TENS of THOUSANDS of issues on the table in our Congress. Do some reading on the websites above. Find subjects that are important to you and see how your candidates are leaning.
It's easy to make your voice heard.
