benchiladaThese two awesome people were at Boltini Lounge in Champaign, Illinois, on October 29, 2011, for the Halloween Party.
If you recognize the people behind the characters, I'd love to give them Proper Mad Props. I hope somebody knows who they are.
PS - "Ollie and Dinah" is not an acceptable answer. :P
