• I use Verizon and that's not going to change
• While not a deal-breaker, I would really like something with a QWERTY keyboard
  
• I do a lot of texting and would like to do more web stuff than I did, so a nice screen and would be nice
  
• Something that has an IR port so I could use a portable keyboard would rock balls
• Don't do music on my phone, so that's tertiary at best
• I'd love to get something with a fierce rebate / deal / coupon and am willing to resign for a two-year contract to do so
  
• No, I'm not due for my Verizon "New Every Two" deal
