Vaguely sorry about the shitty flash on this photo. Don't they look all snug in their tortilla?
Moment Of Truth:
Answer: Holy crap they were good, especially with the tomatilla-based salsa verde with avocado that I put in the tortilla.
Watch it again and you can see a small torrent of salsa leak out and a cricket make a rush for freedom.
