Please note that our landlord, for our one-year STUDENT lease, charged us to mow the lawn.

The Devil Pot Redux Redux!!!

So...found my friend Beth Townsend's original comic version of me telling the story of "The Devil Pot!"

The work is copyright Beth Townsend, used by permission, and originally appeared in MIDNIGHT INK (Issue 9, Spring 2000).

Things to note:

1) There was no vomit in the container,
2) It was actually one of those thin-necked coolers, which makes the introduction of urine into it more technically taxing,
3) Sara was, as my brother Matthew says, tragically born without an H. Our relative heights are correct, though. I'm about 5'11'' and she's about 5'1''...or, as she says, she's 5'1'' when she wakes up. Oh, and she's my wife now. Nine years together, only nine months married. We're odd.
