Okay, so the picture I took later of my Eggplant Parmesan didn’t turn out, so you’ll have to enjoy the snacky lunch I had earlier that day.




Three tacos mexicanos, with barbecued pork (I’m only about 90% vegetarian) and lettuce and cilantro and their own green sauce.)
